Article 1. Join the Agreement on procedure for forming and budget implementation of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization signed in Sochi on December 1, 2017.
Article 2. Add the Law of the Republic of Belarus of July 7, 2023 with No. 275-Z "About accession of the Republic of Belarus to international treaties within the Shanghai Cooperation Organization" Article 1-1 of the following content:
"Article 1-1. Determine in compliance:
with Item 1 of article 4 of the Shanghai convention on fight against terrorism, separatism and extremism of June 15, 2001 Committee for State Security, the Ministry of Internal Affairs and the State boundary committee - the central competent authorities responsible for implementation of the specified international treaty;
with paragraph one of article 8 of the Agreement between state members of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization on Regional anti-terrorist structure of June 7, 2002 Committee for State Security, the Ministry of Internal Affairs and the State boundary committee - the competent authorities performing interaction with Regional anti-terrorist structure;
with Item 1 of Article 6 of the Security agreement of protection of the classified information within Regional anti-terrorist structure of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization of June 17, 2004 Committee for State Security, the Ministry of Internal Affairs and the State boundary committee - the competent authorities responsible for implementation of the specified international treaty;
with Item 2 of article 5 of the Agreement between state members of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization on cooperation in fight against drug trafficking, psychotropic substances and their precursors of June 17, 2004 the Ministry of Internal Affairs - the authorized body responsible for coordination of cooperation within the specified international treaty;
