I ORDER:

1. Bring in the order of the Minister of national economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan of January 6, 2015 No. 4 "About approval of forms of notifications and Regulations of Admission of notifications by state bodies, and also about determination of the state bodies performing acceptance of notifications" (it is registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts for No. 10194) the following changes and amendments:

add Item 1 with subitem 17-2) of the following content:

"17-2) form of the notification on the beginning or the termination of activities in the field of preschool education and training according to appendix 3-18 to this order;";

add with appendix 3-18 according to appendix 1 to this order;

state appendix 4 in edition according to appendix 2 to this order.

2. To provide to department of policy of development of entrepreneurship of the Ministry of national economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan and its placement on Internet resource of the Ministry of national economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

3. To impose control of execution of this order on the first vice-minister national economies of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

4. This order becomes effective after sixty calendar days after day of its first official publication.
