Some questions of accounting of objects of fund of protective constructions of civil protection

The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

1. Bring in the Procedure for creation, content of fund of protective constructions of civil protection, exception of such constructions of fund and conducting its accounting approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of March 10, 2017 No. 138 "Some questions of use of protective constructions of civil protection" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2017, No. 24, Art. 682; 2021, No. 97, Art. 6311; 2023, No. 23, the Art. 1298, No. 47, the Art. 2568, No. 51, the Art. 2850, No. 81, the Art. 4633), the enclosed changes.

2. Determine that:

accounting of fund of protective constructions of civil protection is electronically performed by means of the special software which is intended for collection, accumulating, protection, processing and display of information on objects of fund of protective constructions of civil protection irrespective of form of property Information system "Accounting and visualization of fund of protective constructions of civil protection" (further - the Information system);

data on the storages, antiradiation shelters, constructions of dual purpose and the elementary shelters which are on documentary accounting of the ministries, other central executive bodies, local executive bodies, local government bodies and also the scanned copies of documents based on which they are registered, on the date of entry into force of this resolution are subject to entering into the Information system.

Documents of accounting of protective constructions of civil protection (passports and accounting cards) shall be stored by subjects of accounting of such constructions within five years after decision making according to requirements of the legislation concerning their exception of fund of protective constructions of civil protection in paper form.
