I ORDER:

1. Bring in the order of the acting minister of transport and communications of the Republic of Kazakhstan of May 16, 2011 No. 279 "About approval of the Instruction on the organization and servicing of air traffic" (it is registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts for No. 7006) the following changes and amendments:

in the Instruction on the organization and servicing of air traffic approved by the specified order:

"15-1. Connected with safety of flights, changes in the air traffic management system, are subject to assessment by the supplier of aeronautical servicing. The list of such changes is determined according to Items 33 and 34 of Rules of certification and issue of the certificate of the supplier of aeronautical servicing, and also the certified requirements imposed to suppliers of aeronautical servicing, approved by the order of the Minister of investments and development of the Republic of Kazakhstan of June 26, 2017 No. 384 (it is registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts at No. 15468).

The supplier of aeronautical servicing provides availability of possibility of control of results of implementation of changes for the purpose of check of the subsequent keeping of the established level of safety of flights (when owing to nature of change the acceptable level of safety of flights cannot be expressed quantitatively, assessment of safety of flights is made based on operational experience).";
