The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

1. Bring in Licensed conditions of implementation of economic activity on production of the explosive materials of industrial function approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of July 22, 2016 No. 604 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2016, No. 73, the Art. 2445), the enclosed changes.

2. Determine that the term during which licensees file to Public service concerning work the documents provided by the Licensed conditions of implementation of economic activity on production of explosive materials of industrial function approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of July 22, 2016 No. 604 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2016, No. 73, the Art. 2445), taking into account the changes approved by this resolution constitutes two months from the date of entry into force of this resolution.

data on explosive materials which will be made, according to appendix 1-1;

data on places of implementation of economic activity according to appendix 1-2;

data on availability of places of implementation of economic activity to handicapped national groups according to appendix 1-3;
