About providing the credits of National Bank

Based on Article part five 31, the Board of National Bank of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES: parts one of Article 39 and part one of article 53 of the Bank code of the Republic of Belarus

1. Establish:

the lombard list of the securities accepted by National Bank as providing lombard and other credits (further - the lombard list), according to appendix 1;

the list of foreign currencies in which security deposits as providing the credits, according to appendix 2 are accepted by National Bank.

2. The securities included in the lombard list are accepted by National Bank as providing lombard and other credits in case of accomplishment of the following conditions:

securities are allowed to the address at the biddings in Belarusian Currency and Stock Exchange open joint stock company;

the bank providing securities as a deposit is not issuer of such securities;

securities are not depositary bonds.

Declare invalid the resolution of the Board of directors of National Bank of the Republic of Belarus of December 28, 2005 No. 419 "About approval of the lombard list of the securities accepted by National Bank of the Republic of Belarus as providing lombard and other credits" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2006, No. 24, 8/13831).

5. This resolution becomes effective since November 1, 2006.
