For the purpose of implementation of article 98 of the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About customs regulation", article 16 of the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About electronic control", according to article 6 of the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the digital signature", articles 13, of the 17th constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic" the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:
1. Approve Technology of making of customs transactions electronically with use of information systems of customs authorities according to appendix.
2. This resolution becomes effective after fifteen days from the date of official publication.
