About approval of the Technique of carrying out investment competitive selection according to investment projects

For the purpose of implementation of article 21-1 of the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About investments in the Kyrgyz Republic", according to articles 13, of the 17th constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic" the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:

1. Approve the Technique of carrying out investment competitive selection according to investment projects according to appendix.

2. This resolution becomes effective after fifteen days from the date of official publication.

Technique of carrying out investment competitive selection according to investment projects

1. General provisions

1. This Technique is prepared according to article 21-1 of the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About investments in the Kyrgyz Republic" and determines acceptances, methods and actions in the course of investment competitive selection by investment projects.

2. Selection of the investment project is performed by tender committee (further - the commission) for determination of the winner in case of implementation of the investment project (including on delivery of goods, works, services and consulting services).

3. For the purpose of application of this Technique the following concepts are used:
