2. Bring in the order of the Acting Minister of investments and development of the Republic of Kazakhstan of January 26, 2016 No. 87 "About price approval on the goods (works, services) made and (or) realized by The Government for Citizens State corporation the following change:
3) of Item 1 to exclude the subitem.
3. To provide to committee of the state services of the Ministry of digital development, innovations and aerospace industry of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan:
1) placement of this order on Internet resource of the Ministry of digital development, innovations and the aerospace industry of the Republic of Kazakhstan after its official publication;
2) the direction of the copy of this order in the Republican state company on the right of economic maintaining "The republican center of legal information" from the date of receipt of the registered order for inclusion in reference control bank of regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
4. To impose control of execution of this order on the supervising vice-minister of digital development, innovations and the aerospace industry of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
5. This order becomes effective after day of its first official publication.
