About introduction of amendments to the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of February 24, 2022 No. 18

According to Articles 7, 15, 56 Laws of Ukraine "About the National Bank of Ukraine", for the purpose of determination of features of functioning of the monetary and currency markets in the conditions of the warlike situation Board of the National Bank of Ukraine DECIDES:

1. Bring in the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of February 24, 2022 No. 18 "About work of bank system during introduction of warlike situation" (with changes) the following changes:

The resolution after Item 3 to add 1) with new Item 3-1 of the following content:

"3-1. Predostaviteli of payment services which are granted the right to perform payments of the monetary assistance from International Humanitarian Organizations and other non-governmental organizations for citizens of Ukraine, injured fighting, acts of terrorism of the diversions caused by the armed aggression of the Russian Federation against Ukraine have the right to perform issue of the money transfers by cash in national currency connected with payment of such monetary assistance, without presentation by such person of the passport of the citizen of Ukraine or other document, proving the identity and according to the legislation of Ukraine it can be used in the territory of Ukraine for the conclusion of transactions, based on the certificate of submission of documents for execution of the passport of the citizen of Ukraine issued by the center of provision of administrative services, the state company relating to the sphere of management of the Public migratory service of Ukraine (further - VHI), its separate division, territorial authority or the VHI territorial subdivision, in form according to appendix 3 to the Procedure for registration and issue of the certificate of registration of the internally displaced person approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of October 01, 2014 No. 509 (with changes), in the amount of, not exceeding 50 000 hryvnias a day on one person receiver.";

Item 14 after subitem 10-3 to add 2) with new subitem 10-4 of the following content:

"10-4) transfers of the operator of system of transfer of electrical energy who conforms to requirements of article 31 of the Law of Ukraine "About the market of electrical energy", for benefit of the European office on distribution of handling capacity of interstate crossings of "JointAllocationOffice" (JAO) for the carrying out/organization of the joint coordinated distribution of handling capacity (explicit distribution of handling capacity) according to part two of article 42 of the Law of Ukraine "About the market of electrical energy". Requirements of Item 89 of the Section IX of the Provision No. 5 do not extend to such transfers;";

Item 15 to add 3) with the new subitem of the following content:

"13) payments of medical services by the physical person in healthcare institutions of Ukraine.";

Item 17-2 to add 4) with the new subitem of the following content:

"9) money transfer in hryvnia in the territory of Ukraine for the purpose of implementation of payment of medical services by the physical person in healthcare institutions of Ukraine.".
