About approval of the Technical regulation concerning requirements to ecodesign for household dishwashers

According to article 5 of the Law of Ukraine "About technical regulations and assessment of conformity" the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:
1. Approve the Technical regulation concerning requirements to ecodesign for household dishwashers attached to the original.
2. Determine that provision in the market and/or commissioning of the household dishwashers conforming to requirements of the Technical regulation concerning requirements to ecodesign for household dishwashers approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of August 14, 2019 No. 736 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2019, No. 66, the Art. 2296), and introduced into circulation before entry into force of this resolution, cannot be forbidden or limited for the reasons of discrepancy to requirements of the Technical regulation concerning requirements to ecodesign for household dishwashers approved by this resolution.
3. Bring in the list of types of products concerning which bodies of the state market supervision exercise the state market supervision, the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine approved by the resolution of December 28, 2016 No. 1069 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2017, No. 50, of Art. 1550; 2019, No. 66, the Art. 2296), the enclosed change.
4. Declare invalid the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of August 14, 2019 No. 736 "About approval of the Technical regulation concerning requirements to ecodesign for household dishwashers" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2019, No. 66, the Art. 2296).
5. To provide to the state agency on energy efficiency and energy saving implementation of the technical regulation concerning requirements to ecodesign for household dishwashers approved by this resolution.
