According to article 1 of the Law of Ukraine "About the state market supervision and control of non-food products" the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:
1. Approve the list of types of products concerning which bodies of the state market supervision exercise the state market supervision, according to appendix.
2. Make changes which are applied to resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine.
3. Recognize invalid resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine according to the list which is attached.
4. To the ministries and other central executive bodies in case of submitting for examination of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of the draft of the new technical regulation or modification of the existing technical regulation at the same time to make changes to this resolution.
5. To the ministries and other central executive bodies within the competence of case of approval of the new technical regulation, modification in the existing technical regulation approved by the law or own regulatory legal act which about the name of body of the state market supervision, the sphere of its responsibility or recognition of the technical regulation voided (cancellations) to submit for consideration of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine in accordance with the established procedure offers on entering of corresponding changes into this resolution.
