1. Bring in the Procedure for import to customs area of Ukraine and target use of the new equipment (equipment) and the components to it imported by the investor with considerable investments only for own use in case of implementation of the investment project with considerable investments into execution of the special investment agreement signed according to the Law of Ukraine "About the state support of investment projects with considerable investments in Ukraine" approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of August 11, 2021 No. 860 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2021, No. 67, the Art. 4233) changes which are applied.
2. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its publication.
