About interaction of the representative for ethics with authorized body on anti-corruption

According to Item 8-1 of the Regulations on the representative for ethics approved by the Presidential decree of the Republic of Kazakhstan of December 29, 2015 No. 153, we ORDER:

1. Approve the enclosed Rules of interaction of the representative for ethics with authorized body on anti-corruption.

2. To provide to service of prevention of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan on anti-corruption (Anti-corruption service) in the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan placement of this joint order on official Internet resource of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan on anti-corruption (Anti-corruption service).

3. To impose control of execution of this joint order on the First Deputy Chairman of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan on anti-corruption (Anti-corruption service) and the vice-chairman of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for public service supervising questions of control in the field of public service.

4. This joint order becomes effective after ten calendar days after day of its first official publication.
