On regulation of use of office vehicles by bodies of the public power and public management

Based on Item a) Article 6 and Items b) and r) article 7 of the Law No. 136/2017 on the Government (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2017, No. 252, the Art. 412), with subsequent changes, DECIDES: the Government

1. Approve:

1) Rules of servicing of persons holding responsible state and executive positions in the State office, the ministries, other central administrative authorities, employees of the Office of the Prime Minister, and also heads of the bodies subordinated to the ministries, office vehicles according to appendix No. 1;

2) Rules of servicing of heads of autonomous bodies of public control of office vehicles, according to appendix No. 2;

3) Instructions for use office vehicles persons holding positions of the president of the Republic of Moldova or the Prime Minister according to appendix No. 3.

2. Providing with the office vehicles accompanied with the driver for accomplishment of job responsibilities of persons holding responsible state positions, executive positions in the State office, the ministries, other central administrative authorities and also personnel of the Office of the Prime Minister, is performed by Public organization "Motor Depot of the State Office", according to appendix No. 1.

3. Persons holding the positions specified in Item 2, for the purpose of accomplishment of the job responsibilities can use office vehicles of Public organization "Motor Depot of the State Office" without the driver, within the specifications stated in annex No. 1.
