About modification of the Regulations on realization of special economic and other rationing measures (sanctions)

According to Articles 7, of 15, 56 Laws of Ukraine "About the National Bank of Ukraine", Articles 1, 5 Laws of Ukraine "About sanctions", for the purpose of ensuring realization with the National Bank of Ukraine of personal and sectoral special economic and other rationing measures (sanctions) the Board of the National Bank of Ukraine DECIDES:

1. Approve the Change in Regulations on realization of special economic and other rationing measures (sanctions) approved by the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of May 11, 2023 No. 65 (further - the enclosed Changes in the Provision).

2. The non-bank organization which as of January 1, 2024 has the account opened in bank (including settlement accounts), on which means of sanctions persons are considered, shall send no later than February 1, 2024 to the servicing bank in which such account, and to the National Bank of Ukraine the letter with information on such account and the amount of means of sanctions persons who are considered on such account is opened.

3. Information specified in Item 2 of this resolution is provided:

1) concerning means of sanctions persons to which one of such personal sanctions is applied at least:

"blocking of assets - temporary restriction of the right of person to use and dispose of the property belonging to it";
