1. Approve the enclosed Rules of obtaining by Fund of pension and social insurance of the Russian Federation of the data and documents necessary for appointment and allowance payment on temporary disability, on pregnancy and childbirth, lump-sum allowance in case of the birth of the child, monthly allowance on child care.

2. This resolution becomes effective since January 1, 2022, except for Items 8, of 9, of 10, of 13 and 14 Rules approved by this resolution in the part concerning the appeal of insured person to Fund of pension and social insurance of the Russian Federation with use of the federal state information system "Single Portal of the State and Municipal Services (Functions)", and the subitem "b" of Item 25 of the specified Rules which become effective since January 1, 2023.
