1. Approve the Program of implementation of the scheme of obligations in the field of energy efficiency it (is applied).
2. To impose control over the implementation of this resolution on the Department of Energy.
3. This resolution becomes effective from the date of publication in the Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova.

The program of implementation of the scheme of obligations in the field of energy efficiency for 2024-2026 (further – the Program) is designed to promote achievement of general total volume of the energy saving determined according to part (1) article 7-1 of the Law No. 139/2018 on energy efficiency, by annual achievement of new economy of energy at the level of the final consumer.
