About modification and amendments in some resolutions of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan and the Government of the Republic of Uzbekistan

1. Make changes and additions to some resolutions of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan and the Government of the Republic of Uzbekistan according to appendix providing:

enhancement of procedure for targeted support of the physical persons entered in "The unified register of social protection" and also return to the citizens who performed purchases on objects of retail trade, public catering and rendering household services, 1 percent from the purchase amount from the republican budget;

regulation of application of tax benefits to the citizens who established installations of renewable energy resources.

2. To impose control of execution of this resolution on the Prime Minister of the Republic of Uzbekistan A. N. Aripov.

Changes and additions made to some resolutions of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan and the Government of the Republic of Uzbekistan

1. In the subitem "an" of Item 1 of the resolution of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan of October 4, 2021 No. PP-5252 "About additional measures for enhancement of use of the control and cash equipment in the field of retail trade and rendering services":

a) in paragraph one of the word "since January 1, 2022" shall be replaced with words "since January 1, 2024";
