About approval of the amount of money payments of the operator of expanded obligations of producers (importers) by the money which arrived on its bank account from producers and importers, to the subjects of entrepreneurship performing collection, transportation, preparation for reuse, sorting, processing, conversion, neutralization and (or) waste recycling, the consumer properties of products (goods) which are formed after loss on which, (which) expanded obligations of producers (importers) extend"

According to Item 5 of article 388 of the Ecological code of the Republic of Kazakhstan the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan DECIDES:

1. Approve the enclosed amount of money payments of the operator of expanded obligations of producers (importers) by the money which arrived on its bank account from producers and importers, to the subjects of entrepreneurship performing collection, transportation, preparation for reuse, sorting, processing, conversion, neutralization and (or) waste recycling, the consumer properties of products (goods) which are formed after loss on which, (which) expanded obligations of producers (importers) extend.

2. This resolution becomes effective after ten calendar days after day of its first official publication.
