About introduction of amendments to some acts of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine concerning maintaining the state registers of receivers of the housing subsidies and persons having the right to privileges

The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

1. Bring in acts of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine concerning maintaining the state registers of receivers of the housing subsidies and persons having the right to privileges, the enclosed changes.

2. Within three months from the date of entry into force of this resolution:

1) to provide to the Ministry of social policy, the state company "Data Processing Center of the Ministry of Social Policy of Ukraine" (in consent) migration of data:

from the Unified state automated Register of persons having the right to privileges as of January 1, 2023 in the Register of persons having the right to privileges;

from the Unified state register of receivers of housing subsidies as of January 1, 2023 in the Register of receivers of housing subsidies;

To provide 2) to the Pension fund of Ukraine:

technical completion of the web portal of electronic services of the Pension fund of Ukraine and its mobile application;

entering into the Register of persons having the right to privileges, and the Register of receivers of housing subsidies of data since December 1, 2022.

3. To the ministry of social policy to provide to national social customer service and its territorial authorities access to the Register of persons having the right to privileges and to the Register of receivers of housing subsidies which are subsystems of the Unified social register.
