According to Articles 82, 113 Air codes of Ukraine, resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of November 14, 2012 No. 1037 "About measures for enhancement of the organization and carrying out aviation works on search and rescuing", the subitem 20 of item 4 of the Regulations on the Ministry of the development of communities, the territories and infrastructure of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of June 30, 2015 No. 460 (in edition of the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of December 17, 2022 to No. 1400), and for the purpose of reduction of regulatory legal acts in compliance with standards and the recommended practice of International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO) I ORDER:

1. Approve rules of carrying out wrecking on the enclosed air transport.

2. Recognize to invalid:

the order of Public service of Ukraine on supervision of safety of aircraft of December 15, 2005 No. 947 "About approval of the Regulations on medical aid station of air terminal of civil aviation of Ukraine", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on January 31, 2006 at No. 84/11958;

the order of the Ministry of infrastructure of Ukraine of May 7, 2013 No. 286 "About approval of Rules of rescue and fire-proof ensuring flights in civil aviation of Ukraine", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on May 24, 2013 at No. 809/23341.
