About modification and amendments in some resolutions of Board of National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan concerning submission of the reporting by the organizations performing separate types of banking activities

1. Bring in the resolution of Board of National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan of September 24, 2014 No. 178 "About approval of the list, forms, terms and Rules of submission of the reporting by the organizations performing separate types of banking activities" (it is registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts at No. 10117) the following changes:

state Item 4-1 in the following edition:

"4-1. The organizations performing crediting of subjects of agro-industrial complex which hundred percent of voting shares directly or indirectly belong to national managing holding represent to National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan monthly in electronic format the reporting provided by subitems 2), 3), 4), 5), 6), 8) and 9) of Item 1 of this resolution no later than the tenth working day of the month following month under report.";

2) placement of this resolution on official Internet resource of National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan after its official publication;

3) within ten working days after state registration of this resolution submission to Legal department of National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan of data on execution of the action provided by the subitem 2) of this Item.

4. To impose control of execution of this resolution on the supervising vice-chairman of National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

5. This resolution becomes effective after ten calendar days after day of its first official publication.

Chapter 1. General provisions

1. This explanation determines single requirements for filling of form of the administrative data "The Report on Disaggregation of the Deposits, Correspondent and Current Accounts Placed in Banks of the Second Level" (further – the Form).

2. The form is developed in compliance with subitem 65-2) of part two of article 15 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "About National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan", Item 1-1 of article 5-3 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "About mortgage of real estate" and the subitem 2) of Item 3 of article 16 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "About the state statistics".

3. The form is constituted as of the end of the accounting period. Data in shape are filled in in thousands of tenges. The amount less than 500 (five hundred) tenges is rounded to 0 (zero), and the amount equal of 500 (five hundred) tenges and above, is rounded to 1000 (thousand) tenges.
