About modification of Licensed conditions of implementation of economic activity on medical practice

The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

1. Bring in the Licensed conditions of implementation of economic activity on medical practice approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of March 2, 2016 No. 285 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2016, No. 30, Art. 1184; 2018, No. 20, Art. 653; 2019, No. 24, Art. 867; 2022, No. 18, the Art. 176), the enclosed changes.

2. Determine, that the subjects of managing who obtained the license for implementation of economic activity on medical practice before entry into force of this resolution shall not later than within year from the date of publication of this resolution to file to body of licensing the document determined in appendix 2 to the Licensed conditions of implementation of economic activity on medical practice approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of March 2, 2016 No. 285 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2016, No. 30, the Art. 1184), taking into account the changes made by Item 1 of this resolution.

3. This resolution becomes effective in three months from the date of its publication.

1. In Item 6:

1) the second offer of paragraph one to exclude;
