2. Determine that:

Kudratov), Council of Ministers of the Republic of Karakalpakstan, khokimiyats of areas and the city of Tashkent bear the personal responsibility for the effective organization of activities of the pharmaceutical companies, their full support and implementation of investment projects in regions;
b) work with the companies and investment projects will be organized on the basis of the following approach:
the organization of works on timely start of the investment projects realized in regions by projects;
rendering assistance to initiators in operational elimination of the available problems with studying of each project and the companies with departure on places;
promotion among the entrepreneurs created in the field of ample opportunities;
forming of new investment projects in pharmaceutical industry;
