For the purpose of enhancement of the mechanism of the solution of personnel problems the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan DECIDES:

1. Approve enclosed:

1) the list of positions of political government employees, the official and other persons designated by the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Prime Minister of the Republic of Kazakhstan in coordination with it or on its representation (marked "For office use");

2) Rules about procedure for approval, position assignment and dismissal of political government employees, official and other persons of the Republic of Kazakhstan (marked "For office use");

3) the list of national managing holdings, national holdings, national companies, non-commercial joint-stock companies, institutes of development, the state organizations of the higher and (or) postgraduate education and other organizations which first heads are appointed to position or are dismissed on representation of the Prime Minister of the Republic of Kazakhstan or in coordination with it, and also appointed to position or dismissed according to the decision of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan (marked "For office use").

2. Recognize invalid some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan according to appendix to this resolution.

3. To state bodies, local executive bodies and the organizations to take the measures following from this resolution.

4. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its signing.
