1. Approve the Procedure for use of the means provided in the Government budget on payment of housing subsidies and privileges to citizens for payment of housing and communal services, acquisition of solid and liquid oven household fuel and the added liquefied gas.

2. Bring the enclosed changes in resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine.

3. This resolution becomes effective since January 1, 2024, but not earlier than day of its publication.

Procedure for use of the means provided in the government budget on payment of housing subsidies and privileges to citizens for payment of housing and communal services, acquisition of solid and liquid oven household fuel and the liquefied gas

This Procedure determines the mechanism of use of the means provided in the Government budget according to the budget program "Payment of Housing Subsidies and Privileges to Citizens for Payment of Housing and Communal Services, Acquisition of Solid and Liquid Oven Household Fuel and the Liquefied Gas" (further - budgetary funds).
