1. Make changes to the following resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus:
1.1. in the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of July 6, 2006 No. 840 "About the state providing orphan children, children without parental support, persons from among orphan children and children without parental support, and also content of children in the social and pedagogical centers, special teaching and educational facilities, special medical and educational facilities, receivers distributors for minors":
in Item 1:
in subitem 1.1:
after the word "houses" to add the subitem with words "(except for children at the age of 1–2 years)";
add the subitem with part of the following content:
"The children at the age of 1–2 years who are in orphanages are provided with food on the regulations established by the Ministry of Health in coordination with the Ministry of Finance for orphan children, children without parental support who are in children's homes and on cash expense rates on food of orphan children, the children without parental support who are in children's homes according to appendix 9;";
in subitem 1.3:
after the word "houses" to add the subitem with words "(except for children at the age of 1–2 years)";

in subitem 1.4:

in subitem 1.5 of the word "1703 rubles 79 kopeks" shall be replaced with words "3648 rubles 54 kopeks";
in subitem 1.6 of the word "234 rubles 83 kopeks" shall be replaced with words "503 rubles 13 kopeks";
in paragraph three of subitem 1.7 of the word "367 rubles 91 kopeks" and "380 rubles 88 kopeks" to replace respectively with the words "2529 rubles 77 kopeks" and "2847 rubles 95 kopeks";
add subitem 1.9 with words ", one-time money payment on initial acquisition of soft stock and the equipment for children at the age of 0–3 years in the amount of 350 rubles 19 kopeks";

1.2. No. 94 "About expenses of the state on content of the children who are on the state providing, subject to compensation in budget receipt" to be reworded as follows appendices 1-5 to the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of January 26, 2009 (are applied).
2. This resolution becomes effective since January 1, 2024.
