1. Approve the enclosed Description of format and structure of the electronic document (data) "Data from the export license and (or) import of separate types of goods or the import permit and (or) import of separate types of goods".

2. Bring in appendix No. 22 to Rules of realization of general process "Use of databases of the documents processed by authorized bodies of state members of the Eurasian Economic Union, in case of regulation of foreign and mutual trade, including the customs transactions represented when making for the purposes of confirmation of observance of prohibitions and restrictions", the approved Decision of Board of the Eurasian economic commission of August 21, 2018 No. 136, change according to appendix.

3. This Decision shall enter into force upon the expiry of 30 calendar days from the date of its official publication.

This document determines structure and format of the electronic document (data) "Data from the export license and (or) import of separate types of goods or the import permit and (or) import of separate types of goods" (R.CT.AT.03. 001), applied for the purpose of receipt of state members of the Eurasian Economic Union of data by customs authorities from the export license and (or) import of separate types of goods in case of information exchange within realization of general process "Use of databases of the documents processed by authorized bodies of state members of the Eurasian Economic Union, in case of regulation of foreign and mutual trade, including the customs transactions represented when making for the purposes of confirmation of observance of prohibitions and restrictions", the stipulated in Item 1 list of general processes within the Eurasian Economic Union approved by the Decision of Board of the Eurasian economic commission of April 14, 2015 No. 29 (further - general process).

2. This document is applied during the designing, development and completion of components of information systems to implementation of procedures of general process by means of the integrated information system of the Eurasian Economic Union (further - the Union).

3. This document is developed according to the following international treaties and acts constituting the right of the Union:

The agreement on the Eurasian Economic Union of May 29, 2014;

The agreement on the Customs code of the Eurasian Economic Union of April 11, 2017;

The decision of Board of the Eurasian economic commission of November 6, 2014 No. 199 "About the Instruction about execution of the statement on licensing for export and (or) import of separate types of goods and about execution of such license and Instruction about execution of the import permit and (or) import of separate types of goods";

The decision of Board of the Euroasian economic commission of June 9, 2015 №63 "About the Analysis technique, optimization, harmonizations and descriptions of general processes within the Eurasian Economic Union";

The decision of Board of the Eurasian economic commission of August 6, 2019 No. 129 "About the scope of information from export licenses and (or) import of separate types of goods, import permits and (or) import of separate types of goods and the conclusions (allowing documents) for import, export and transit of the separate goods included in the single inventory to which measures of non-tariff regulation in trade with the third countries which can be received by customs authorities of state members of the Eurasian Economic Union, and procedure for receipt of such data are applied";

The decision of Board of the Eurasian economic commission of August 21, 2018 No. 136 "About approval of Rules of realization of general process "Use of databases of the documents processed by authorized bodies of state members of the Eurasian Economic Union, in case of regulation of foreign and mutual trade, including the customs transactions represented when making for the purposes of confirmation of observance of prohibitions and restrictions".

4. The concepts used hereunder are applied in the values defined by the international treaties and acts constituting the right of the Union.
