According to item 4 of Rules of passing of military service in the Armed Forces, other troops and military forming of the Republic of Kazakhstan approved by the Presidential decree of the Republic of Kazakhstan of May 25, 2006 No. 124, I ORDER:

1. Approve the Instruction for application of Rules of passing of military service in Armed Forces of the Republic of Kazakhstan, according to appendix 1 to this order.

2. Approve the list of some orders of the Minister of Defence of the Republic of Kazakhstan to which changes and additions, according to appendix 2 to this order are made.

3. To provide to personnel department of the Ministry of Defence of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan:

1) state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

2) placement of this order on Internet resource of the Ministry of Defence of the Republic of Kazakhstan after its first official publication;

3) the direction of data in Legal department of the Ministry of Defence of the Republic of Kazakhstan on execution of the actions provided by subitems 1) and 2) of this Item within ten calendar days from the date of state registration.

4. To impose control of execution of this order on the head of the department of personnel of the Ministry of Defence of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

5. Bring this order to officials in the part concerning them.

6. This order becomes effective after ten calendar days after day of its first official publication.
