"Approve the image of National flag of the Kyrgyz Republic according to appendix.";

"Article 9-2.
All types of official documents with the image of National flag of the Kyrgyz Republic of sample of 1992 are effective before the termination of term of their action.
In case of lack of term of their action all document types with the image of National flag of the Kyrgyz Republic of sample of 1992 are effective before adoption by the relevant authorized state body of the decision on their replacement.
National passports of citizens of the Kyrgyz Republic (the passport of the citizen of the Kyrgyz Republic of sample of 2004 (ID card), the ID card - the passport of the citizen of the Kyrgyz Republic of sample of 2017 (ID card), the all-civil passport of the citizen of the Kyrgyz Republic of sample of 2006, the all-civil passport of the citizen of the Kyrgyz Republic of sample of 2020, diplomatic and office passports of sample of 2007, diplomatic and office passports of sample of 2020), car driver licenses of national sample with the image of National flag of the Kyrgyz Republic of sample of 1992 are effective before the termination of term of their action.
