About modification of some regulatory legal acts of the National agency concerning prevention of corruption
According to Item 5 parts one of article 12 of the Law of Ukraine "About prevention of corruption" ORDER:
1. Paragraph one of Item 5 of the Section II of the Procedure for conducting verification of the reporting of political parties on property, the income, expenses and obligations of the financial nature approved by the order of the National agency concerning prevention of corruption of January 14, 2021 No. 6/21, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on January 29, 2021 at No. 117/35739, to state in the following edition:
"5. During conducting verification of the report the authorized person of the National agency according to the Law of Ukraine "About prevention of corruption" and taking into account Item 7 of this Section sends inquiries for provision of supporting documents or information, including with limited access, to state bodies, authorities of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, local government bodies, subjects of managing irrespective of pattern of ownership and their officials, citizens and their associations. The specified subjects shall provide the documents requested by the National agency or information within ten working days from the date of receipt of request.".
2. To state Item 5 of the Section I of the Procedure for the conducting checks of the organization of work on prevention and identification of corruption approved by the order of the National agency concerning prevention of corruption of July 25, 2023 No. 152/23, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on August 01, 2023 at No. 1296/40352, in the following edition:
