About approval of the Regulations on prudential requirements to finance companies
According to Articles 7, 15, 55-1, 56, 58 Laws of Ukraine "About the National Bank of Ukraine", Articles 39, Item 30 of the Section VII of the Law of Ukraine "About financial services and finance companies", for the purpose of ensuring financial stability of the Board of the National Bank of Ukraine DECIDES: finance companies
1. Approve Regulations on prudential requirements to finance companies (further - the Provision) which are applied.
2. Provide to finance companies till July 1, 2024 reduction of the activities in compliance with requirements of the Provision.
3. The resolution becomes effective since January 1, 2024.
