About introduction of amendments to some acts of the Government of the Russian Federation

2. Declare invalid Item of 2 changes which are made to the Rules of provision of subsidies for payment of premises and utilities approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of December 14, 2005 No. 761 "About provision of subsidies for payment of premises and the utilities" approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of June 18, 2007 No. 379 "About modification of the Rules of provision of subsidies for payment of premises and utilities approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of December 14, 2005 No. 761" (The Russian Federation Code, 2007, No. 26, the Art. 3184).

3. This resolution becomes effective after 6 months from the date of its official publication, except for Items 1, of 2, of paragraphs of the twentieth - the twenty fifth, twenty eighth - thirtieth, thirty third - the forty ninth subitem "a", paragraphs two - the ninth subitem "b", the paragraph of the fourth subitem "v" of Item 3, of items 4 and 5 changes approved by this resolution which become effective from the date of official publication of this resolution.
