Being guided by Item 32 of article 109 of the Constitution of the Azerbaijan Republic, I DECIDE:

1. In the Presidential decree of the Azerbaijan Republic of September 9, 2008 No. 823 "About organization of pension of the President of the Azerbaijan Republic for persons which became disabled people in connection with war or events on January 20, 1990" (Collection of the legislation of the Azerbaijan Republic, 2008, No. 9, Article 795; 2011, No. 12, Article 1140; 2013, No. 8, Article 895; 2014, No. 3, Article 250; 2016, No. 1, Article 68; 2018, No. 5, Article 937; 2019, No. 4, Article 639; 2020, No. 12 (the I book), Article 1492) to make the following changes:

1.1. in Item 1.1 of the word to "disabled people of the I group" shall be replaced with words to "persons with the established disability because of 81-100 percent violation of functions of organism";

1.2. in Item 1.2 of the word to "disabled people of the II group" shall be replaced with words to "persons with the established disability because of 61-80 percent violation of functions of organism";
