About measures for implementation of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Kazakhstan of January 3, 2024 No. 426 "About measures for further enhancement of system of public administration of the Republic of Kazakhstan"

According to the Presidential decree of the Republic of Kazakhstan of January 3, 2024 "About measures for further enhancement of system of public administration of the Republic of Kazakhstan" the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan DECIDES: No. 426

1. Approve the enclosed changes and additions which are made to some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

2. Determine the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan authorized body by management of the corresponding industry (sphere) of public administration concerning republican public institution "Committee of fishery of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan".

3. Determine Committee of fishery of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan authorized body by management of the corresponding industry (sphere) of public administration in the relation:

1) republican state state company "Atyrau Sturgeon Fish-breeding Plant" of Committee of fishery of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

2) republican state state company "Kamyshlybashsky Fish Nursery" of Committee of fishery of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

3) republican state state company "Peter and Paul Fish Nursery" of Committee of fishery of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

4. To committee of state-owned property and privatization of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan to transfer to Committee of fishery of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan rights of possession and uses of the state share in "Research and Production Center of Fishery" limited liability partnership.

5. To the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan together with the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Kazakhstan and Committee of state-owned property and privatization of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan to take the necessary measures following from this resolution.

6. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its signing.

Changes and additions which are made to some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan

508-36) develops and approves regulations of number of fishes and other water animals;

508-37) makes in the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan offers on withdrawal of the rare and being under the threat of disappearance species of fish and other water animals, their parts or derivatives and approval of amounts of their withdrawal;

508-38) develops and approves rules of assignment of honorary titles, breastplates and certificates of honor of protection, reproduction and use of fish resources and other water animals;

508-39) develops and approves rules of work on stocking of reservoirs, fishery melioration of water objects;

508-40) develops and approves rules of carrying out tender on fixing of fishery reservoirs and (or) sites and the qualification requirements imposed to participants of tender;

508-41) develops and approves rules on refixing of fishery reservoirs and (or) sites and the qualification requirements imposed to persons to whom they were assigned earlier;

508-42) develops and approves rules of icthyological observations;

508-43) develops and approves rules of fish breeding on fishery reservoirs;

508-44) develops and approves criteria of reference of fishery reservoirs and (or) their sites to reservoirs and (or) sites for conducting trade fishery, amateur (sports) fishery, lake and commodity fish-breeding economy, cage fish-breeding economy;
