The government of the Russian Federation decides:
1. Approve the enclosed changes which are made to the Regulations on licensing of geodetic and cartographic activities approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of July 28, 2020 No. 1126 "About licensing of geodetic and cartographic activities" (The Russian Federation Code, 2020, No. 32, Art. 5274; 2021, No. 49, Art. 8269; 2023, No. 6, Art. 974).
2. Realization of the powers provided by this resolution is performed within the number of employees of central office and territorial authorities of Federal Registration Service, and also budgetary appropriations provided to Service in the federal budget on management and management in the field of the established functions established by the Government of the limiting Russian Federation.
3. Determine that if the license for implementation of geodetic and cartographic activities for performance of works, specified in Item 8 of appendix to the Regulations on licensing of geodetic and cartographic activities approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of July 28, 2020 No. 1126 "About licensing of geodetic and cartographic activities" is provided to the licensee about day of entry into force of this resolution, the licensee has the right to perform the works specified in Items 8 and 9 of the specified appendix (in edition of this resolution). At the same time entering of corresponding changes into the register of licenses for implementation of geodetic and cartographic activities is performed by Federal Registration Service and its territorial authorities and does not require evaluating compliance of licensees to licensed requirements.
