Along with it, discrepancy cases in case of application of the bylaws governing land relations, bureaucratic obstacles in case of allocation of the parcels of land are still observed, assumptions of nepotism and corruption, these problems require enhancement of the mechanism of allocation of the parcels of land, strengthening of control over land use and its protection.
For the purpose of implementation of the transparent mechanism of allocation of the parcels of land for the agricultural, entrepreneurial and town-planning purposes, reliable protection of land rights, protection agricultural, in particular the irrigated lands, and also ensuring execution of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Uzbekistan of June 8, 2021 the No. UP-6243 "About Measures for Ensuring Equality and Transparency in Land Relations, Reliable Protection of Land Rights and Their Transformation into Market Asset" DECIDES: Cabinet of Ministers
1. Make changes and additions to some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Uzbekistan according to appendix No. 1.
2. Recognize invalid some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Uzbekistan according to appendix No. 2*.
