I DECIDE:

1. Approve the enclosed changes and additions which are made to some acts of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

2. Recognize invalid some acts of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan according to appendix to this Decree.

3. This Decree becomes effective after day of its first official publication.

Changes and additions which are made to some acts of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan

1. In the Presidential decree of the Republic of Kazakhstan of June 30, 1998 No. 3985 "About formation of Council of foreign investors in case of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan":

in Regulations on Council of foreign investors in case of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan approved by the above-named Decree:
