About introduction of amendments to some laws of Ukraine of rather priority directions of development of science and technology and innovative activities
The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:
I. Make changes to such laws of Ukraine:
1. In the Law of Ukraine "About the priority directions of development of science and technology" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2011, No. 4, Art. 23; with the changes made by the laws of Ukraine of January 29, 2021 No. 1162-IX of February 1, 2022 No. 2031-IX and of January 12, 2023 No. 2859-IX):
to state paragraph two of Article 2 in the following edition:
"the priority directions of development of science and technology - it is scientific, economically and socially reasonable directions of scientific and technical development for the long-term period (more than 10 years) to which priority state support for the purpose of forming of the effective sector of scientific research and scientific and technical developments for providing competitiveness of national production, sustainable development, homeland security and defense of Ukraine and improvement of quality of life of the population is provided";
state Article 3 in the following edition:
"Article 3. Priority directions of development of science and technology
Determine the priority directions of development of science and technology for the period before the termination or cancellation of the warlike situation in Ukraine imposed by the Presidential decree of Ukraine "About introduction of martial law in Ukraine" of February 24, 2022 No. 64/2022, the approved Law of Ukraine "About approval of the Presidential decree of Ukraine "About introduction of warlike situation in Ukraine" of February 24, 2022 No. 2102-IX and till December 31 of the year following after the termination or cancellation of warlike situation in Ukraine:
1) homeland security and defense;
