2. Bring in the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of December 6, 2021 No. 700 "About application of special measures concerning separate types of goods" the following changes:
2.1. to state subitem 3.3 of Item 3 in the following edition:
"3.3. the states withdrawn, arrested, confiscated or turned into the income otherwise detained by customs authorities and which were not demanded in the terms established by the Customs code of the Eurasian Economic Union within implementation of this resolution – regarding sales of goods;";
