About change of the resolution of the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environmental Protection of the Republic of Belarus of January 21, 2022 No. 9
Based on the paragraph of third Item 3 of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of June 25, 2021 No. 240 "About the ministerial procedures performed concerning subjects of managing" of Item 9 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environmental Protection of the Republic of Belarus approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of June 20, 2013 No. 503, the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environmental Protection of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:
1. Bring in the resolution of the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environmental Protection of the Republic of Belarus of January 21, 2022 No. 9 "About approval of regulations of ministerial procedures in the field of protection of atmospheric air" the following changes:
1.1. in Item 1:
to exclude the paragraph of the seventh;
in paragraph eight of the word "Cancellation of Permission to Emissions" shall be replaced with words "Receipt of the conclusion about approval of the inventory report of emissions";
1.2. in Regulations of the ministerial procedure performed concerning subjects of managing, according to subitem 6.21.1 "Receipt of permission to emissions of pollutants in atmospheric air", approved by this resolution:
in Item 1:
in subitem 1.1 of the word "territorial authorities of the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environmental Protection (regional and Minsk city committees of natural resources and environmental protection)" shall be replaced with words "regional and Minsk city committees of natural resources and environmental protection";
in subitem 1.2:
to state the paragraph of the sixth in the following edition:
