Rules of establishment of supplying and sales and trade allowances to prices for products (goods), implemented in the territories of northern delivery, extreme values of retail and wholesale prices for loads of the first category and products (goods) made with their application, rates for transportation and storage of loads of the first category, pogruzo-unloading works and priyemo-warehouse operations concerning loads of the first category;

changes which are made to the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of March 7, 1995 No. 239 "About measures for streamlining of state regulation of the prices (rates)" (The Russian Federation Code, 1995, No. 11, the Art. 997).

2. This resolution becomes effective from the date of entry into force of the Federal Law "About Northern Delivery".
