According to article 22 of the Federal law "About Environmental Protection" Government of the Russian Federation decides:

1. Approve the enclosed Rules of development and establishment of standard rates of admissible emissions of radioactive materials, standard rates of admissible dumpings of radioactive materials, and also issues of permissions to emissions of radioactive materials, permissions to dumpings of radioactive materials.

2. Recognize to invalid:

Item 1 of the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of June 26, 2018 No. 731 "About standard rates of admissible emissions of radioactive materials and standard rates of admissible dumpings of radioactive materials, and also about issue of permissions to emissions of radioactive materials, permissions to dumpings of radioactive materials" (The Russian Federation Code, 2018, No. 27, the Art. 4084);

the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of June 2, 2023 No. 916 "About modification of Rules of development and establishment of standard rates of admissible emissions of radioactive materials, standard rates of admissible dumpings of radioactive materials, and also issue of permissions to emissions of radioactive materials, permissions to dumpings of radioactive materials" (The Russian Federation Code, 2023, No. 24, the Art. 4318).
