1. Make changes to the following resolutions of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Belarus:
1.1. part third of Item 41 of the Rules of notarial clerical work approved by the resolution of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Belarus of October 26, 2006 No. 64, to add with words ", except for the data and (or) documents received from the automated information system of the State automobile inspection of the Ministry of Internal Affairs";
1.2. to add Item 9 of the Instruction on procedure for issue of the certificate on implementation of notarial activities, introduction in it of changes and (or) amendments, the issue of its duplicate and cancellation approved by the resolution of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Belarus of December 31, 2013 No. 214, after part two with part of the following content:
"The surname, own name, middle name (if that is available) the notary, registration at the place of residence, the name of the notarial district in which he has the right to perform notarial activities, the location address of notarial bureau, notary office as a part of which the notary performs notarial activities, date of the termination of notarial activities, the reasons which formed the basis for the termination of notarial activities are specified in the statement for the termination of notarial activities.".
