About approval of the Regulations on features of activities of the joint credit unions

According to Articles 7, of 15, 56 Laws of Ukraine "About the National Bank of Ukraine", article 23 of the Law of Ukraine "About financial services and finance companies", Articles 37, of 38, of 61, of 63, of 64, of Item 16 of the Section XI of the Law of Ukraine "About credit unions", for the purpose of settlement of features of activities of the joint credit unions and control of compliance with law by credit unions which are members of the joint credit union the Board of the National Bank of Ukraine decides:

1. Approve Regulations on features of activities of the joint credit unions (further - the Provision) which are applied.

2. To the joint credit unions to develop and bring the internal documents, activities into accord with requirements of the Provision till July 1, 2024.

3. To department of methodology of regulation of activities of non-bank financial institutions (Sergey Savchuk) after official publication to inform the joint credit unions information on adoption of this resolution.

4. The resolution becomes effective since January 1, 2024.
