Establish for term from the date of entry into force of this resolution till December 31, 2024 (inclusive) the tariff quotas on export out of limits of the territory of the Russian Federation to the states which are not members of the Eurasian Economic Union, ready or tinned fish, caviar of the sturgeon and its substitutes made of berries of fish (code of 1604 CN FEA EEU) and the ready or tinned Crustacea, mollusks and other water invertebrates (code of 1605 CN FEA EEU) made in the territory of the Kaliningrad region and placed under customs procedure of export (further respectively - the tariff quota, goods), in amounts according to appendix No. 1.
2. The order of the Government of the Russian Federation of September 21, 2023 No. 1538 "About rates of export customs duties on the goods exported from the Russian Federation out of limits of customs area of the Eurasian Economic Union and about modification of rates of the export customs duties on the goods exported from the Russian Federation out of limits of customs area of the Eurasian Economic Union" (The Russian Federation Code, 2023, No. 39, the Art. 7046) to add with Item 3 (1) the following content:
"3(1). The export customs duties specified in Item 1 of this resolution are not applied to the goods which are exported within the tariff quotas established by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of February 14, 2024 No. 168 "About establishment and features of distribution of the tariff quotas to export out of limits of the territory of the Russian Federation of separate types of finished or tinned goods to the states which are not members of the Eurasian Economic Union".".
