About modification and amendments in some acts of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan
According to the Constitutional Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan of December 18, 2023 No. ZRU-883 "About modification and the amendments in some legal acts of the Republic of Uzbekistan directed to further enhancement of procedure for elections and referendum" and also for the purpose of further strengthening of independence of the electoral commissions and creation of additional terms for their effective activities:
1. Make changes and additions to some acts of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan according to appendix.
2. To the Ministry of Economics and finance of the Republic of Uzbekistan to provide in parameters of the Government budget necessary means for financing since February 1, 2024 of the additional established posts allocated based on this Decree. At the same time to determine that the salary of members of Central Election Commission of the Republic of Karakalpakstan, the territorial election commissions of areas and the city of Tashkent working at permanent basis is financed in centralized procedure by Central Election Commission of the Republic of Uzbekistan by the funds allocated for these purposes.
3. To impose control of execution of this Decree on the Prime Minister of the Republic of Uzbekistan A. N. Aripov.
