About introduction of amendments to some resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine concerning development of production of ammunition in Ukraine
The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:
1. Bring in resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine concerning development of production of ammunition in Ukraine the enclosed changes.
2. Determine that subjects of managing which before entry into force of this resolution entered in accordance with the established procedure the status of the producer and the right to production, delivery of ammunition to pilotless systems and military units of pilotless systems acquire the right to perform production of all types of ammunition according to the pilot project realized according to the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of July 21, 2023 No. 763 "About implementation of the pilot project on production, purchase and delivery of ammunition" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2023, No. 75, of the Art. 4239), taking into account the changes made by this resolution without repeated submission of the declaration on the beginning of production of ammunition.
