About modification of the Regulations on federal state fire supervision

1. Approve the enclosed changes which are made to the Regulations on federal state fire supervision approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of April 12, 2012 No. 290 "About federal state fire supervision" (The Russian Federation Code, 2012, No. 17, Art. 1964; 2021, No. 27, Art. 5403; No. 50, Art. 8557; 2022, No. 40, Art. 6832).

2. This resolution becomes effective from the date of official publication, except for Item of 8 changes approved by this resolution which becomes effective since April 1, 2025.

Changes which are made to Regulations on federal state fire supervision

1. In subitems "k" and "l" of Item 10 of the word of "the cities (areas)" shall be replaced with words "the cities (districts, areas)".

2. In paragraph one of Item 12 of the word of "the cities (areas)" shall be replaced with words "the cities (districts, areas)".

3. In paragraph one of Item 13 of the word of "the cities (areas)" shall be replaced with words "the cities (districts, areas)".
